Hypotesis number 1 (The official version)
There are several hypotesis linked to what caused this change to happen, I will tell each one for the sake of impartiality: In case you can’t see it, the tome is now way more somber, and the game itself got a radical shift over the dark an psychedelic tone of the first trailer, now it’s, according to what I read “A life simulation game with action elements inspired by the Persona serie”. I’d like to link a Youtube version of it, but it’s been mostly wiped by the developer.
